This position works as part of software engineering team responsible for collaborating with product owners, data architects, stakeholders, and fellow software engineers to deliver innovative solutions that attain high availability and reliability that help achieve business goals.

Requirement:
Analyze user requirements and develop solutions. Design, development and maintain applications. Design, develop and implement component based client-server, n-tier applications and use object oriented technology. Develop SMS based applications and implement interactive SMS mobile campaign. Develop Deliver alerts, process refill reminder responses and report activity in reports. Quality Assurance, QA support and domain transfer. Requirement assessment, domain transfer to appropriate resources. Review customer requirement, discuss and obtain the solution sign off from customer domain knowledge transfer to appropriate resources. Defining goals/objective, strategy, scheduling. Salesforce Developer/ Administrator

Position Overview:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be part of a team responsible for delivering technical solutions within and around the Salesforce platform to clients. In this role, you will work to automate and optimize business solutions in a scalable manner. Your responsibilities will include Salesforce development and configuration, testing, training, technical documentation, and post-deployment support. As a Salesforce Developer, you will work alongside Consultants, Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design, develop, and deploy solutions all while learning and growing your skillset.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Experience with Salesforce Service cloud and Salesforce configuration/flows is needed.
Salesforce Certified Developer/Administrator preferred.
Software development experience designing, developing, and testing solutions and code in Web technologies such as Java, Scala, Node.js, or similar.
Experience with distributed/cloud-based environments (e.g., Amazon EC2, GCE, Azure, etc.)
Experience with configuration changes including fields, custom settings, and reports and dashboards needed.

Apex development experience/understanding is a plus.

Callidus Consultant

Hands-on implementation knowledge of Callidus Commissions component / SAP Commissions.
Certified Callidus Cloud (SAP) Commissions Consultant Preferred. Experience in Callidus Cloud Advanced Workflows is added advantage. Knowledge of Crystal reports is also a plus.
Should have experience of working in at least 2 end to end implementations in Callidus Cloud Commissions.
Extensive knowledge of hi-tech sales compensation best practices in quota-based compensation and variable compensation.
Analyze and review internal sales comp plans, processes and policies, recommend solutions for sales credit, compensation, reporting/analytics, for calculating payments on Callidus Cloud.
Excellent communication skills and work very closely with Compensation COE, Business Units and HR comp team to gather new requirements, understand Functional/Technical/Performance issues and drive more value leading the solution and communication from front.

Position Overview:

Work assignments may cover activities such as data requirements gathering, source-to-target mapping, data validation scripting and review, data visualization, developing and monitoring ETL/ELT data pipelines, designing and implementing database schema/tables/views, implementing data services API’s, performance tuning, and evolving our data analytics platform.
